Nothing but maintance service
They charge me more money than thet should. Breakfast was poor, location is not so good as it is said, recepcionists are not very polite. Aircondition did not work, lights dod not work proprely for 2 days, things from mini fridge are overpriced, like crazy! Etc, etc.
Great Hotel, I would definitely recommend it!!!
The beds were a bit hard but not so you would have trouble sleeping! There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel!
Convenient for airport and restaurants, shops etc. Nice terrace with small pool and gym. Large room, well appointed.
Reception staff wanted to see my credit card used to book hotel, which I didn't have with me. As I had paid in full on booking I didn't understand why they were so insistant. Quite an issue, but sorted eventually.
Location - two blocks from subte ( subway). Great pizza at Kentucky pizza near by, and many nice small restaurants near. Nice neighborhood . Staff very nice and helpful!! Breakfast buffet very nice. All in all a great place to base a stay in Buenos Aires!!
Great place to relax and use the swimming pool on the rooftop. Plaza Serrano, great for nightlife and the Zoo are very close, in walking distance.
Breakfast is extensive, large rooms, heated pool, quality beds
Lack of flexibility to pay in cash when booking the promo tariff
The location was great. Close to many restaurants and shopping as well as parks and transportation. The hotel is designed well and the rooms are comfortable.
It Is a relatively expensive hotel but I felt like services were at a minimum. Early check in cost more than $50 which is unreasonable.
Great location two blocks from the subway and parklands
Traffic but what's new in BA
Excellent service, very good breakfast, nice room and above average gym facility. Congrats!
I did like everything during my stay.
The location was okay and their breakfast was value for money
Some of the Front desk are racists.
Absolutely loved this hotel! Gorgeous all round. Lovely facilities, great rooms and nice staff.
Great location, only a few steps from Plaza Italia. Near all the Bosques of Palermo. The hotel is pretty new, so everything is sparkling. Great accomodations, very large bed.
Only thing slightly disapointing was the absence of a restaurant in the hotel.
The Aspen Square did offer once again very favorable room rates (at normal price rather expensive). The location of the hotel is perfect, as in walking distance to many restaurants of the Palermo disctrict, but the street itself is quite, what can be considered quite in BA. The breakfast is well presented with enough selection, even to have a special cafe at USD 5 is rather "strange". This time even the internet was working well, which was not the case last time.
Extremely rude staff, speaking poor English, they wake you up by calling you on the phone if you need turndown service, even though you had "do not disturb" sign on your door. The hotel is really noise, poorly managed, they charge you 70 dollars for early-check in even if there is room available. You can have a balcony key for 40 us dollars deposit, which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. The same friend of mine visited metwice for like 10 minutes to take me out, he had to sign in, and they called me several times, if they can let him in, but the receptionist did not understand, that he could come up, so he needed to call me back. I highly recommend to stay away from this place, it does not worth the location. The worst place I have ever stayed.
Exactly what you would expect from a newly opened professionally managed hotel
