I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to answer my questions. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and secure in the hotel and the neighborhood. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch and the facilities were well-appointed. The location was perfect, being close to some great restaurants, the metro stop, and the parks.
Nothing all good.

They charge me more money than thet should. Breakfast was poor, location is not so good as it is said, recepcionists are not very polite. Aircondition did not work, lights dod not work proprely for 2 days, things from mini fridge are overpriced, like crazy! Etc, etc.

The beds were a bit hard but not so you would have trouble sleeping! There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel!

Convenient for airport and restaurants, shops etc. Nice terrace with small pool and gym. Large room, well appointed.
Reception staff wanted to see my credit card used to book hotel, which I didn't have with me. As I had paid in full on booking I didn't understand why they were so insistant. Quite an issue, but sorted eventually.

Room was clean and breakfast was decent, but the best aspect was the location being close to public transportation and several dining options. The staff was helpful with tips on local attractions and directions.
The noise level from the street made it hard to sleep and relax. The shower had inconsistent temperature that made it uncomfortable to bathe.

The location was great. Close to many restaurants and shopping as well as parks and transportation. The hotel is designed well and the rooms are comfortable.
It Is a relatively expensive hotel but I felt like services were at a minimum. Early check in cost more than $50 which is unreasonable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the trendy Palermo Soho area. The location was perfect, surrounded by hundreds of little shops and great restaurants. I could easily explore the lively neighborhood on foot, immersing myself in the vibrant atmosphere. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always offering recommendations and assistance. They made me feel welcome and at ease throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the views. Everything was well-maintained and in great condition. I also loved the rooftop pool and terrace, where I could relax and even do some yoga in peace. It was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend this venue for its luxurious comfort, enhanced quality services, and prime location in the heart of the city.
This hotel is also a great option for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
